My journey into marketing was a serendipitous shift that began in 2010. I possess a blend of artistic vision and analytical rigor that defines me as a unique, all-encompassing marketer—my goal is to inspire, educate, and connect.


Growing up surrounded by strong, creative women who embodied artistry in its purest form, I developed an intrinsic connection to the world of creativity. This upbringing instilled in me a love for creativity that transcends mediums: whether I'm drawing with charcoal, creating brand content, or crafting heartfelt poetry, art has always been at the core of who I am.

Over the years, I've honed a multifaceted skill set: from graphic design to webinar production, event planning, and brand strategy. My creative mind bursts with ideas when collaborating on campaigns, imagining the visuals, taglines, and strategic partnerships that bring concepts to life.

Dealers United is an advertising agency for the automotive industry. As the Brand Manager, I report directly to the VP of Marketing. I am accountable for a diverse range of internal operations and projects, in addition to marketing responsibilities, including:

Creative Campaign Leadership

Coordinate a team of three marketers, developing quarterly content strategies and producing high-impact B2B campaigns, including videos, webinars, customer case studies, and lead magnet resources. Known for crafting clever, thematic presentations.

Event Coordination

Planned, designed, and moderated customer-facing webinars, including the high-profile “State of Automotive” virtual conference with 200+ attendees. Managed all trade show elements from booth vendors and conference installation, to planning networking parties; coordinating the outreach and promotion plans to maximize brand impact and engagement at events.

Lead Generation & Customer Marketing

Create content for digital campaigns across email, social media platforms, and the website, enhancing engagement and brand visibility. Established CRM-driven tracking and automation systems to support targeted outreach and optimize lead flow.

Culture Club Leadership & Company Offsite

Organize monthly team-building activities and virtual events, enhancing company culture and employee engagement. Assisted in planning remote workforce retreats, covering event branding, session planning, and vendor management.

Customer Advisory Board Management

Coordinate monthly virtual meetings with VIP customers and executives, preparing comprehensive agendas, talking points, and presentations. Engage industry guest speakers, including representatives from Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok, to enrich the advisory experience and maintain brand loyalty.

As a Marketing Manager for the fastest-growing healthcare franchise, I reported directly to the Chief Brand Officer.

Campaign Innovation & Brand Development

Created impactful national B2C campaigns like “Fight the Fall” for Falls Prevention Awareness Day, executing across social media, email, and traditional media channels. Led the development of a digital asset library, ensuring franchise-wide access to consistent brand assets and resources. Hosted weekly training on marketing tactics and implementing B2C campaigns in regional markets.

Marketing Communications

Increased engagement with webinar attendance up 64% and corporate newsletter open rates up 18% by refining content and outreach. Supported lead generation efforts for 31 franchisor-owned locations, driving growth and strengthening brand presence.

Event & Project Management

Established the first corporate content calendar, enhancing brand alignment and cross-collaboration with seven headquarters departments. Led logistics and creative direction for the annual franchise gathering with 1,500+ attendees, and the brand’s first large-scale photoshoot with 15 models and a full production team.

As a VIP Customer Experience Specialist, I reported directly to the Co-founder. Offrs.com is a SaaS Startup and real estate business tool that uses predictive analytics and big data to help real estate agents find potential leads in their market.

Delivered White Glove Service to VIP clients through personalized product training and advanced marketing coaching, driving over $2 million in SaaS revenue. Designed and conducted tailored strategies to meet client objectives, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.

Directed the “911 CX Team” to proactively address and resolve client concerns, reducing churn by 4%. Built strong relationships with key accounts by assessing needs and implementing solutions, fostering trust and loyalty.

Helped to develop systems to grow from 1 to 5 locations, achieving a 329% increase in business. Established the branding for “Protégé by Cutting Loose,” a recruitment and training program, and “The Pleas Formula,” a brand-centric training program for business owners.
